            1.1. When ordering e-ticket on the website https://bilietai.trakaimuziejus.lt/, the Visitor must provide his / her name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address. This data is necessary to fulfilled the Visitor's order, as well as to ensure that the activities of the Museum comply with the requirements of legal Acts

            1.2. During the purchase, the data is received directly, but when the Visitor pays for the online purchased e-ticket, certain personal data may be received and / or transmitted to the payment platform operator.

            1.3. The visitor is responsible for the accuracy, correctness and completeness of the personal data provided by him. Under no circumstances will the Museum be liable for any damage caused to the Visitor and / or third parties as a result of the Visitor providing incorrect and / or incomplete personal data or not requesting the addition and / or change of such data when they were changed.

            1.4. The legal grounds for the processing of the Visitor's personal data are Article 6 (1) (b) (processing necessary for the conclusion and performance of the agreement) and Article 6 (1) (c) (processing necessary for the Museum to fulfilled its legal obligations) of the European Union’ General Data Protection Regalement.

            1.5. The Museum may disclose personal data processed for this purpose to companies providing delivery services and IT technical support services, acting as data processors and, accordingly, processing personal data to a limited extent exclusively in accordance with the instructions of the Museum.

            1.6. The Museum undertakes not to disclose the Visitor's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent state institution in the cases provided by the Laws of the Republic of Lithuania, the data are required to express, enforce or defend legal requirements or with the separate written consent of Visitor's.

            1.7. Visitors shall have the right at any time, upon request at the Museum, to have access to their personal data processed by the Museum and to know how they are processed, to request the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data, to suspend, except for storage, the processing of their personal data processed in violation of the requirements of legal acts and the conditions of this section of the Rules, the right to object to the processing of data, as well as the right to data portability.

            1.9. The Visitor may submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of the Republic of Lithuania if the response of the Museum is not satisfied or considers that it was processed its personal data without complying with legal requirements.
